Principles followed when using PVC lubricants

1. PVC external lubricant ensures that the product does not adhere to the metal surface, and the product has no discoloration paste phenomenon, the smaller the amount, the better;

2. Internal lubrication should be used sparingly on the premise that it does not affect fluidity and plasticization;

3. The same is internal lubrication, try to use high, medium and low temperature lubricants together, and also suitable for external lubricants;

4. Products that require good fluidity, such as profiles, pipe fittings, etc., should be slightly more internally lubricated than external lubrication; products that do not require high plasticization, such as pipes, are dominated by external lubrication;

5. When the amount of filler increases, the lubricant should be appropriately increased accordingly. The oil absorption value of light calcium is high and the oil absorption value of heavy calcium is low. Pay attention when using it;

6. For foamed products, minimize the amount and use of lubricants that affect foaming, such as paraffin wax, and appropriately increase the amount of lubrication when reducing density or increasing calcium content;

7. If the lubrication is unbalanced, the principle of one type of lubrication and another type of lubrication should be fixed, so that the cause can be quickly identified and normal production.
